Customer service is so Bad, I thought I would have had a better experience since this is a major

dental practice.

I was pleasantly surprised that this discount chain dentist was so professional and the service was EXCELLENT!!! I made an appointment on Friday to come in Monday (they said they only see adults on Mondays and Fridays) and got right in for my appointment without waiting. The hygenist was quiet but professional and took my ex rays while I watched a movie that was playing on tv. When the dentist came in I explained that I don't have dental insurance and just wanted to fix any problems with my teeth but didn't want to spend extra money on teeth whitening or deep cleaning. A year earlier another dentist told me I needed 2 crowns for $1200 apeice. Dr K. said I could just get the regular crowns (not upgraded porcelin) for $650 apeice because the teeth were in the back of my mouth and wouldn't show, and recommended a regular cleaning. Finding a good mechanic and a good dentist is always hard but I was VERY happy with my appointment. Tooth care isn't cheap, but the prices were very reasonable and Dr. K was very friendly and easy to talk to. If I could rate this dentist 6 stars I would, it was a rare find.
