worst experience we've had in a doctor /surg. for a young patient (our son) and we've had many- he charged when he wasn't supposed to- we waited hours upon hours due to over scheduling- waiting room was terrible- yelled at nurse- we were 1st for surgery in the morning at the hospital and he was over an hour and a half late- terrible experience
