Modern and very comfortable dental office. Great staff, very little wait time. Dr.Ellis is so friendly and warm, you feel like family. He prepped my tooth for a crown—barely felt the numbing, crown prep done, impressions taken, temporary placed and I was on my way. Temporary crown is very comfortable with no bite issues. And my favorite part was visiting with my girl Paula. She really takes good care of her patients. BTW, did I tell you I am a retired dental hygienist? Yep...I’m pretty picky.

This dental clinic has changed drastically in the last 4 years. They use to be good. They can't keep hygienist, good ones don't stay. Patients are no longer considered first, instead it is all about the money they can get out of you. I booked an apt for a standard regular cleaning and also confirmed that when they called to remind me of my appt. - I am entitled to two free cleanings a year. They billed my insurance company for a different cleaning process (I only rec'd a regular cleaning) - My insurance denied the claim, I received the bill. I went back to them and they said If I could provide the treatment # that my insurance uses for a regular cleaning they would rebill it otherwise I was responsible to pay them the 150.00 - Say the least I will not pay it nor will I go back.

Dr. Ellis and his staff are the best. They always accommodate my crazy work schedule which I really appreciate.
