Had my water heater go out this week. Called the 24/7 Emergency Plumbing line and they were able to come out and fix the problem. Yay for HOT water again :) Thanks Mr. Rooter Plumbing!

Had 2 sinks not working and Mr. Rooter came out and fixed it quickly. I would recommend them to anyone that is having issues with plumbing. 5 stars for sure!

My wife and I have had a horrible experience with the company. we have been without hot water for 12 days and the have had little to no sympathy for us. "Marci" their scheduler has been rude and has zero customer service ability. "Mandy" refused to address my wife's complaints even as she was crying on the phone. John has been the only saving grace within the company. Overall they are a bad representation of the overall company and we are going to never work with them again and never recommend them to anyone.
