BEST Japanese Restaurant in Irving, Lewisville, & Frisco. Worth the drive from Grand Prairie. I have dined at the Las Colinas location over 10 times. Fantastic Soup, Steak, and Fried Rice. Attentive Friendly Staff. Love the show by the cooks.

Jinbeh's has good sushi in a beautiful facility. Cheaper than sushi in Las Colinas area -- it's a good choice for lunch or dinner.

We normally sit at the sushi bar since we typically get better service there. The last time we went, the waitress working the area, never brought my sister's tea (although the waitress acknowledged a couple times she's bringing it). The sushi chefs don't speak much, if at all, which I don't mind (some people seem to like more interaction with their sushi chefs).

Terrific food! Enjoyable watching them cook. The best service too. Price of steak and lobster with fried rice is very reasonable.

This is a fun place to go. Watching the cooks is very entertaining. Food is a little higher priced than other restaurants but the food is good and the you are entertained while you eat with spinning knives, flaming onions. hopping shrimps, etc... Great place for kids too.
