Well I was a customer. I've been going to SML since the mid 80's. Today I went in with a warranty issue & was given a run around. I was told that I was going to have to call 3M & take care of this issue. I wouldn't use these folks again if you paid me. What a shame that these folks are willing to lose a customer of over 20 yrs & many vehicles for a few bucks. Run don walk away from these folks.

My "high end" tent on my car started cracking and peeling after a few years. I took it up their for a warranty fix and their customer service is impossible. It has been two weeks with no call back and they are avoiding doing the warranty work. Customer Service is not helpful or very friendly, they claim to be to busy to help anyone.
