Complaint about the Mullin's van driver on Russell Cave Rd. He runs up on you and makes you go fast on that dangerous road. He almost hit me this morning at the red light! Van number 5543. He is driving a newer vehicle than he used to drive. He has been driving like this for the past few years and I have put off calling the police or complaining about his driving. If you don't pull over and let him pass you he rides your bumper no matter how fast he makes you go. He is reckless and a danger on the road!!!!
