For my wedding we used both Russell's Bridal and Russell's tuxedo. The bridal side told us when our girls had to be in for alterations. When we went to pick up one of the dresses it was not altered. They did not apologize, instead they blamed us for the mistake. The Russell's Tuxedo side really had customer service issues. The first time we went in to have the men fitted, in which we did have an appointment, we were met with complete attitude and the customer services was unacceptable. We were rushed. Then they gave a 12 year old boy with MD attitude because his body shape was not proportionate. When it was time to pick up the tuxedos all of the men were not charged the same price. We even had a coupon that they told us they would apply to all of the tuxedos, but they didn't.
