My wife purchased a very nice piece of clothing here. We were very pleased with the selection and bought several things. After the fact, an item had a severe defect in the fabric. We don't love close to Little Rock, so my wife called. Without seeing the item, the manager implied that my wife was trying to return the item for a full price refund after wearing it once, which was not the case. The manager was condescending an insulting. A store of this caliber should be far better than this.
