      I just spent $2500 with Mountain States RV for tires, air conditioner, jack replacement, window replacement, and an electrical problem. I thought it was a lot until I called around to other dealers. They were much higher and could not take me in until 2 months out. Mountain States got me in and out quickly and with less headache. I would highly recommend them.

      Bought a terrific RV for a terrific price

      I bought a used Montana fifth wheel for less than I could find at any other dealership. I paid $299 for the pre delivery inspection and Russ found a potential problem with the refrigerator and they had the owners take care of it before we bought it. It was very worth the $299. We love our new trailer and we would highly recommend them.

      I just bought a used Montana fifth wheel. I am thrilled with our purchase and I got it for $5k less than I expected to pay at another dealer. They sold me a used hitch for half price and helped me with my truck wiring problem. They really took their time with me and listen to my needs.

      Misrepresentation

      On our second outing outing with the RV we bought from mountain states, the roof lifted. When we were purchasing the RV, Melissa assured us the roof was in good condition. When I informed her what had happened, she said she would give us a free estimate on repairs and that we should have paid the $299 to go over the vehicle. That wasn't offered to us. As soon as she assured us the roof was in good condition, she misrepresented the vehicle. I would highly recommend buying elsewhere from a more reputable dealer.
