      I booked and paid for two Tickets in Premium Economy Class to Europe, turns out when it was time for me to select my seats they booked me in regular economy. I have been making calls and emailing with Sandy their supervisor who has promised me a partial refund. I do not accept that I have to pay 300.00 ticket to cancel what is not my fault.... But, after many weeks I still have ZERO refunded to my CC and Sandy has stopped returning my contacts... 3,400.00 rip off

      How sick is that caint even give me a new e ticket after they took my money all I wanted was to be valid before the year..what a rip off
