Worst agency I've tried in the last 15 years. No assistance and was on long holds and cut off numerous occassions. Never again. Do not use this company. Not worth a star. They should close down.

They don't even deserve 1 star! I would not recommend this company to anyone! They charged me twice, I called in to get refunded, they hung up on me, I had to call back and wait again, so far I have been placed on hold again after I asked for a direct number to corporate the lady told me that no one was available and was told that it was the number I already called, the one where I had to hold for over 45 minutes to get my own money back. It did not seem to bother them at all that I kept asking for a direct number to call incase they hung up on me again. They just kept tossing me around to new people who just put me on hold again and then yes, I got hung up on for the 3rd time. Get this, the lady got me on a 3 way call with the bank and is expecting me to file a claim with Wells Fargo, so the bank can eat their mistake!!!! I am still on hold, trying to get through to corporate. So far I found a number but was hung up on again while I was trying to find the right person at corporate.
