      All of the therapists in this practice are not only intelligent, experienced and clinically skilled but they are also warm, authentic, compassionate and intuitive. The focus of treatment is providing you with an experience of yourself within the session of safety, hope and peace that is different from your experience the rest of the time. The therapists in this practice believe lasting change does not occur by simply understanding your problems but rather by changing your experience of yourself. They focus on helping you to face what you have avoided and to uncover the underlying problems that are contributing to your difficulties-- going past the symptoms and getting to the roots.
