I have had great service, and low rates. The manager is always available by phone.

Yes, this storage facility has cheaper rates then some but they are horrible with money and communication. It takes a week to get your payment to the bank and nobody knows what it is that you actually owe. The manager is rude and very unhelpful. Nobody is ever there to help and the owners don't care about their facility or the fact that their manager is more a problem then a help. Very unprofessional business, will never use them again!
