When I went in I was refused service because they "don't rent to people who drink". I told him that I have never even tasted alcohol in my life (which is true), with which he replied with " well you smell like alcohol"(I guess the guy has never smelt axe body spray before). I then left without another word, calling my friend to try to rent a unit for me. When my friend arrived he rung the bell, he got there just before the listed closing time, and the guy come to the door, turned the "open" sign over so that it read "closed" and would not let him rent a unit either. The only way the guy would agree to let me rent a unit was if my father would swear that he didn't think I was drinking... I'm 20 years old, married, and have a child! I'm taking my business elsewhere, and I suggest you do the same.
