Talk about great customer service! In March of 2009, my husband and I needed storage while we were having our house built. I am horribly picky and I really wanted my house hold things that had to go into storage to be safe and clean when I came to pick them back up (ok well the moving company). The manager HL was so very helpful and understood what I was feeling. He took the time to show me the facility and show me what my options were. First off the place is so clean! You could tell he truly cared about his property. He set me up in a climate controlled unit that would be like storing my things in my house. We recently finished our house and moved out and he was not kidding every thing was great! We did not see a single bug there was only a light amount of dust that anyone would find in their every day home and every thing was intact. I could not tell you how happy I am with this store and management! You can tell that their customers are defiantly their number one priority! Thank you
