Only reason I gave it two over one star is because the concept and the prices are decent. If you’re selling SHOW UP BEFORE THEY OPEN. You won’t have a chance otherwise. I showed up just before the doors open and was the next in line when they stopped buying. Apparently they only had ONE buyer. If they don’t know their reputation for buying, they’re crazy.. they need to find a better system because turning away 5-7 people that are already in line waiting is ridiculous. Especially when some of those people made multiple trips to get stuff out of their car. Maybe they can book online, or sign up for a time slot as they wait in line, but making someone wait 30+ minutes to be turned away is awful. And I’m sure they wonder why people come in with so much to sell.. maybe because every time they try to sell they’re turned away and end up with more than before. FIND A NEW SYSTEM. It’s infuriating, a waste of time. Unfortunately there’s nothing else like this in Lubbock I’m aware of, but if there was/is - I’m there.

Pricing on items depends on condition and brand. Needs to be CLEAN FRESHLY LAUNDERED NEATLY FOLDED WITH MATCHING SETS TOGETHER IN A BOX OR BASKET (clothing).

Cute baby stuff and items still with tags on it!! How awesome is that? You can go to the mall and spend $40 on a shirt when here you can get 3 shirts and 2 pants for about the same price or even more!! Clothing in style and up to date on recalled items especially in equipment!! One successful Once Upon Child here in Lubbock, Texas!!!

*New drop off system: depends on what you bring in and how long the wait is..if its over an hour and have loads of items..possible options of dropping items off and coming back at a later time to pick up offer. Each customer may differ on what is being brought in.

I have been there many times for my grandson and always am so excited with the value, choice, and help from attendants. My last purchase was 9/19/11, but I just have the credit card receipt (Ref. 0044, Inv. 000043, Batch 000539) stapled to the 20% off coupon. The manager said it would be okay and you would still issue the coupon. It's cooperation like this that makes me want to come back again and again. I love your store and am able to find so many things. My daughter from Dallas was here Thanksgiving and came in to purchase about a dozen pieces of clothing. What a wonderful help to those looking for a bargain. Thank you for your service and efficiency.
