      My name is Meaghan Murphy, Licensed Massage Therapist, and I will personally design a therapeutic treatment plan to fit your needs, and bring you to a place of calm and serenity. Appointments Available Today! * Massage sessions are by appointment only. Clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled time * We Offer 60 and 90 minute sessions Swedish Massage: * The perfect relaxation massage. Long, Rythmic movements help to sooth tired muscles, increases circulation, and rid the body of toxins. Swedish massage techniques re-energize the body and mind, relieve stress, and help restore balance. Deep Tissue Massage: * A combination of firm pressure, slow strokes, and Swedish massage will be applied. Focusing in on specific problem areas, deep tissue massage allows us to reach deeper muscles and provide greater relief. Leave feeling truly relaxed and rejuvenated. Myofascial Release: * Slow stretches are used to open muscle and connective tissue where we hold our stress and tension. This massage technique is used to relieve the tension, decrease pain, increase circulation, and improve overall wellness. Trigger Point Release: * Repetitive motion, stress, and tension can all cause sore, tight spots (knots) to form in our muscles. Using this technique, the pain and tightness is relieved by applying direct pressure at a very slow pace to these trigger points (knots).
