Terrible! The owner Henry Nguyen is a greedy liar! His dryer put black smoke marks all over my whites. It ruined an entire load! Over 15 items destroyed. After days of calling and leaving voicemails he called me back and immediately blamed me. So i went to the laundromat to show him the damage. He had other clothes in the same dryer so we took some out. They had the same exact black ovals on them. He saw this and still lied to my face! Offered no refund of any kind! I am alerting the Better Business Bureau! To save time and money just go to Salem Laundry 1 minute away!
