Chris was fantastic! He realized he needed extra help so he called and arranged for another plumber to come help him. They removed the leaky hot water heater and replaced it with a new one.

I scheduled an appointment with these folks only to have them not show up at the appointed time and then call me back saying they would be unable to get someone out there for another two days. Stay away from this company at all costs.

Two plumbers came out to assess and temporarily fix the situation. I know, I know. Two sounds like a lot but on a Sunday? Late Sunday? From Marysville to Kirkland?

Yeah. Roto-Rooter did that.

Chad and PJ were very helpful, understanding, and actually gave me some pointers on what to look out for in the future.

And then came the news I was dreading: The tree was the culprit for all our woes. A specialized scope and hyper-pressurized jet was needed to keep things above water (HA! GOT IT!) until we could afford to get rid of the tree. The gentleman came over while I was at work and was in contact with me while he was taking care of the problem.

It cost a pretty penny but they were prompt, knowledgeable, and most of all, understanding.
