Provided by YP.comI just want to thank the staff at Animal Care Hospital for taking such good of Boonie. He had been so sick for a few days and when i called i was able to bring him in the very same day. Our doctor was very helpful and helped Boonie feel better quickly. He was walking around before we left. and even for an emergency same day appointment with testing and medications it was still affordable for me to be able to get Boonie the help that he needed. Thank you Animal Care Hospital Boonie and i will be back and i will tell everyone i know about you.

I had an appt set up for days for my dog. They called me at 8 pm the night before to say their doctor now has another obligation and can I change my appt. I can't.
1) If you can't honor your appt then provide your customers ( key word) a discount for the inconvenience. An indifferent receptionist doesn't cut t.
2) The way you treat your customers is a reflection on the care you'd give my pet, which in my mind, was poor
