bought gas on route to work decided to try service center. bad experience won't go back. they lost a gas customer and potential service customer- lack of order and communication on cost of work done.

Was treated extremely rude and with inappropriate comments by a heavy set older man when I questioned charges on my bill that were higher than I was verbally told. There problem is that they don't give you a service ticket to sign off what work is to be done when you drop the vehicle off. A customer has right to question discrepancies in the bill and verbal pricing and to receive a professional response and explanation instead of a rude retort. They are very backward ma and pa in their systems and could use a good business consultant to help them with professionalism.

The service here is terrific. My older vehicle has had two trips to this service center in the last month (unrelated issues) and both times the service was fast, friendly, reasonably priced. This is my 'go to' place for all my car repairs. I also buy my gas here because it gives me a bit better mileage that some other brands.
