DO NOT use this company! My experience with them was horrible, to say the least. Here is a summary:

1. They didn't show up!

2. They offered to clean my carpets free (I'd have to pay tax) for my inconvenience, which made them seem like a great business.

3. They charged my card the entire amount ($126) without telling me.

4. When I saw the charge on my bank account and called to inquire, the woman on the phone proceeded to YELL at me over the phone.



Save yourself a headache and a lot of frustration!



After-note: The owner contacted me and agreed to provide me with a refund.

Mr. Steam was recommended to me by a friend who had a dog and 2 cats. She raved about the work they did, so I decided to try them. I've now used them for three years and each year my carpets look like new. I've recommended them to neighbors, who are also very pleased with their work.



I'll never use anybody else!

I was very pleased to come home from work and see the carpets my husband and I thought would need replacing, look fantastic. I will call this company again and I have already recommended them to my neighbors.
