Provided by YPmobileHorrible service! Stood and waited for 30 minutes waiting for a price! Just a price! Nothing! Associates walked by saying they were busy with another customer but were seen walking around endlessly. Even supervisors/ management walked right by. I was just trying to buy a netbook. Maybe if it was a more pricey laptop, they would of helped. Horrible!

Provided by YP.comAs a long standing customer I was appalled at the shoddy help I got purchasing an appliance on 7/20/09. The sales person sold me the wrong range at the wrong price and the store would do nothing to correct the problem. I specifically went to a stainless steel range with a 494 price tag and got a salesman named Charlie who took the tag from the range, rang me up, and retuned the tag to the range, only to find out at delivery that the tag was on the wrong range and the store resused to correct the problem only refund my money. Accoring to law the price on the product is what you pay for the product and even though store surveylance cameras would verify my account of the transaction the store refused to acknowledge the mistake and make it correct by the consumer. This store will see no future business from myself, family or any of my acquaintences.

Provided by YP.comI tried to return a movie which i bought. I lost the receipt. They would not let me return it so I asked to exchange it for another movie. They said they couldn't do that without a receipt. The movie did have their sticker on it. Not very happy.
