ient to this store on 8/14 to have a cross-stitch sampler framed. The clerk said it would take 2-3 weeks. While there, I mentioned I was entering it in the Big E craft competition and needed to deliver it on 9/11. Eleven days after I dropped it off, they called to tell me the frame I wanted was on back order and wouldn't be available for another two weeks - not in time for me to enter the competition. So I lost over a weeks' worth of time getting my project framed in time for my deadline. The stores don't know what is available and what isn't until their order comes in on Friday. It is unbelievable that, in this electronic day and age, they don't know upon placing an order what will be back ordered. I recommend not going there for framing if you have a deadline to meet, you may not get it in time, and won't know about it for more than a week.., A local favorite, or highly recommended because
