I have had Dr. Jodi Zenti as my physician for many years. Any time I needed to get in, the staff has been respectful and helpful to accommodate whatever medical request . I am very thankful to have such a professional staff accommodate me

If you have any hesitation on vaccines do not go to this clinic to see Dr.Diane Meier! I am delaying vaccines for my baby until he is 1 year old. She was very cruel and spoke to me as if I was ignorant and a bad mother. Even when I told her I have done the research and have family in the medical field and have made up my mind she continued to go on rant after rant about how my baby will end up on an ventilator if I don't get vaccines today and that I don't really know anything because I am not a doctor myself. I am a very shy, quiet person, but after she wouldn't leave me alone for 10 plus minutes of her trying to force me to get them I stood up and told her I was done here and left. I am fine with getting information as long as my decision is respected. And she wasn't trying to just give me info. She was trying to guilt and scare me into giving vaccines in a very mean way! Beware!

although the Doctors and Back office staff is very good at what they do the front staff (Jill) who answers the phone could use a refresher course in customer service. Not too friendly of a tone and did not seem to want to help at all. Might want to look into a new profession.
