I took my cat in to be spayed and she ended up getting pregnant again. When I took her back in a second time they tried to convince me that the cat I brought in was not mine and they were going to charge me full price again! BEWARE! Please take your pet to real professionals.

I had scheduled an appointment for my pet to be neutered and because I had an accident and could not drive to the clinic, I called to reschedule. I was told that I could not reschedule and that they were booked through December. I asked about the $40.00 payment I had submitted to guarantee the appointment and was told that it was non-refundable. So I have to wait until January 2013 to book another appointment and pay another $40.00 because I could not make the appointment through an accident on my part? This is not fair as I am on a llimited income and it is why I chose this clinic. I should be refunded the $40.00 or given credit for a future scheduling.
