I took my car in for 'the works' after reading that Finish Line Car Wash is consistently voted the "Best Car Wash in McKinney." This is high praise and they earn it! The pit crews worked in teams throughout the process. The manager, Matt, spot checked their progress and quality of work. The prices and specials are great deals. I've been going to McKinney Finish Line since it first open about four, five years ago. Normally I would not hesitate to recommend this car wash, however today I encountered an extremely rude worker and when I asked him for his manager he said “I am the manager”, at this point I wanted to back out of the assembly line of the car wash but couldn't. Once my car wash was complete I confronted the rude manager to ask for the number to the corporate office and he smugly said this is independent carwash. He referred me to the number on the receipt which only leads back to his office which would be an exercise in futility.

Normally I wouldn’t use a public forum to express unfavorable remarks that could reflect poorly on a business, but being that there is no corporate office to report this rude manager, I decided to express my thoughts here and hopefully someone connected with McKinney Finish Line that has the power to hire and fire can look into this matter and reeducate this rude manager on how to deal courteously with all Clients. Personally, I don’t think this rude manager in charge at that time is qualified to be a manager. According to my receipt it was 04/04/12 @ 05:07 PM, Shift 1 Empl 1002, Sale 33799950592. If this rude manager is permitted to treat people with such disrespect it will definitely cause a decline in customers.

Did horrible job hand drying. I havr had TWO neighboors say they got the wash that included a hand dry but the kids waived them by without drying the car. The wash didn't even get my car clean of some of the muck and my car was really not that dirty and I got the $12 wash????? Don't waste your money!
