I was in Southern California on Saturday had a water leak in my house in McKinney called Pete he got to my house and took care of the problem. He got the water out and saved my carpet, pad cabinets and molding. I got home tonight Monday and everything was dry already. He saved my life and saved me thousands of dollars in damages I give this company five stars and highly recommend them for anybody that has water damage in their home. They did a fantastic job cleaning our 8 year old Robb & Stuckey Leather and Fabric sofa, love seat, chair & ottoman. We originally called another BIG company, and the man told me that the leather could not be cleaned properly, and that they just couldn't do the job. I told my friend at work and she suggested I call Pete's Carpet Upholstery. We did, and boy oh boy what a job they did. The furniture looks like new, clean, and it smells so good too. The leather is so clean and all the stains are gone. Pete was an expert at the cleaning and told us exactly what we could expect. We were very happy at the price, and what we got in return. Highly recommended, Exceptional Value, Expert Service, we would never use anyone else ever again.

NEW PUPPY .... should I say more? I am so impressed not only with the HIGH QUALITY service of this company and their employees, but also in the pricing they had to offer. We had several puppy stains that I was unaware of and typically, this would be the time for the vendor to swoop in for the kill, meaning adding other charges to the cost of the cleaning, but not these guys. The cost of the cleaning included the treating of the stains. They were honest and totally upfront about the job, which I really appreciated! I had Stanley out to clean a couple of months ago and the work they did does not compare to the quality or freshness that was done by Pete's the bedrooms. No other carpet cleaners will do for my household. I've found my diamond in the ruff!

Called this company on VERY short notice, they were able to fit me in, in the late afternoon on Saturday!They were basically on time as scheduled ( they were actually 5 minutes early), they gave me a free estimate in advance, as promised!They did everything they said they would do (and a few extras).They helped us move several heavy articles of furniture from one room to another and were very careful doing so.Now for the best part, they explained everything, in DETAIL. They were dressed professionally, and we felt very comfortable with them in our home. I am an attorney, and I even left them alone while we went grocery shopping. Had Pete & Stephen out to my home yesterday in Stonebridge, McKinney, TX. They did a fantastic job on both the carpets and furniture. I was very impressed by their keen knowledge of carpet and upholstery fabrics and their enthusiasm in their business. Top notch carpet company. Gave me a free estimate and was On Time. Pete cleaned the carpet himself and really knew his stuff. A real professional and it showed in our carpet after he was done.
