Horrible experience! Dr. Gibbs gave me a cap on one of my teeth and shortly after it became infected. My jaw was swollen the entire weekend and it was very painful!! When I tried to call, they were closed and of course, had no emergency line. I guess that would just be too responsible; to have an emergency line just in case some thing goes wrong with your dental work. I ended up having to have a root canal as a result. Now that same stupid cap literally fell off and they are refusing to fix it. I was told that the 1 year warranty was up. I have never had a cap just fall off! My insurance won't pay for a new one because they said it was too new and shouldn't have fallen off if it was done correctly. So now I get to pay $863 for a new cap because Dr. Gibbs and her staff operate under a 'at your own risk' mentality. I wish they had taken some responsibility, but this just confirms why I left and changed dentists. I'm sure they are at least average, as long as they don't screw any dental work up!

There is nothing "tranquil" about this dental practice. Worst dental office ever!!! Horrible dental practice. Do yourself a favor and stay away. They screwed up my teeth. My teeth are in worse condition now than before I went here. Biggest regret ever. Here's what's wrong with this place- first, Dr Gibbs supposedly has a 'disability' and shouldn't even be practicing, yet she worked on my teeth. Um....isn't that illegal and also fraud? Next, Dr Gibbs put a gray filling on my tooth. The filling was suppose to match the color of my teeth, and my teeth are not gray. She also left several other fillings in horrible shape- one had a hole in it, and several others were rough and had jagged sharp edges. Plus, my mouth was left all cut up from her sloppy work. The other dentist who 'fixed' it all offered me a refund on the gray filling because as she was trying to smooth it out, it popped off. So even more sloppy work. And my teeth now hurt and i have a horrible toothache that i didnt have before. Also, they put all these fillings on my teeth and claimed i needed them, yet these teeth did not even have cavities. I kept asking repeatedly for them to tell me how many cavities I had, and they would never tell me. So it was all unnecessary dental work. Now onto the rude and incompetent office manager, Sherry. First, she attempted to blame the gray filling on me 'because my gums were bleeding and that made it gray.' Hey dimwit, bleeding gums do not dye a filling gray. And, my gums were not even bleeding anyway. Second, Sherry needs to learn basic math. Stupid lazy incompetent person she is. She refused to refund me what I paid on the gray filling claiming that I never paid anything on the tooth. False. It was an 80/20 split with insurance. Then Sherry tried to say the 20% that I paid was actually the 20% discount the office was offering. If that were the case, then why did I pay anything at all? The whole thing should've been free. She was just too lazy to process the refund. Oh and Sherry also never gave me the full $25 referral credit that I had. She claimed she gave it to me, but it never showed on my bill and she refused to show me proof that she gave it to me. Oh and to top it all off, Dr Gibbs had the nerve to send me a certified CYA letter stating she would not do any further dental services on my teeth. Seriously? Does she really think I would even consider going back there? You could've saved yourself the stamp lady. This is a HORRIBLE place, HORRIBLE office staff, HORRIBLE dentists.

I had some fillings done by Dr. Gibbs. She gave me so much Novacaine my body began to tremble. After the work was done and the Novacaine wore off I had the filling material all over the surrounding teeth and it took weeks for it to come off. Additionally, one tooth was so sensitive I could not chew with it for months afterwords.
