I am so disapointed in the quality of their service. When I called to let them know their was problem, I received no apology that I was not satisfied.. First thing said: they made no guarantees up front. My carpets literally look exactly as they did before. The carpet still smells. I have no pets, it shouldn't be so hard. I also asked for a refund. The best they could do is come do it again. Right, I want the company that didn't do the job I saved up to pay for to come back and wet down my carpets (it took more than 2 days to dry) again. That is just plain bad business. I work in customer service, I know that any decent service provider would feel sorry that you didn't fool you received what you paid for. Instead he tries to cover his tracks, repeatedly state they make no guarantees, and NOT APOLOGIZE! After my initial call he told me he would talk to the tech, who, of course said he did the job right, and then DIDN'T call me back as promised. I called him!!!!! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!
