Do not rent a storage from this business. The employees are completely unprofessional and too old to comprehend anything. My work requires that I travel often and at times for long periods of time. This last trip I was away from home for about 3 months and in that time incapable of making a payment. I received a call from one of the two females women that work there stating I had had til the end of May to pay my balance, which was Saturday the 31st. When I arrived early that morning at opening I was informed that it had be sold. I was and still am completely distraught from the whole situation. I was told that there was nothing they could do for me. I was willing to pay double what the person paid for my storage as I had many Sentimental belongs and had lost them all due to miscommunication of their staff. I've called and asked to speak to someone in charge and have been completely ignored. Please do not rent from here people working here are beyond rude and feel because they are elderly they can speak to you how ever they choose.
