John's Auto Care may treat you kindly the first time hoping for repeat business. Beware they will tell you parts on your vehicle need to be repaired even if they are working properly.

Went in for a known issue and they told me my new shocks from Les Schwab needed to be replaced? I told them to fix the known issue, then went to Les Schwab for a follow up. The honest of all honest companies told me they were fine and they do not know why John's would tell me this?

This mechanic will consistently overcharge for the same service as other shops. I would guarantee if an undercover car with no problems came into their shop they would find a problem somewhere. For your best interest get a second opinion on all your car care needs, especially if John's is your regular mechanic.

I am totally satisfied with the work done at John's Auto Care. It came in under the estimate, and was completed in one afternoon.
