Jacob came out to fix a toilet with a phantom flush and chain issues. He did it in less than 10 minutes and even replaced a shower head for me - at no charge! Felt it wouldn't be ethical to charge an hour's work. I have never had a plumbing company do such a thing, and I will be calling them again.

Called for drain problem. Service tech Travis Smith arrived within an hour and my problem was fixed. He was knowledgeable,professional and very cheerful to boot.

I had water in my basement, and was not certain of the source. I called Roto Rooter, they were prompt and diagnosed the problem quickly. Apparently my water heater was the issue. Which is no surprise as it was old in water heater years!!! Tyler, my plumber was great, he quoted me a price and worked hard to get the job done very quickly, all accomplished in an afternoon! The water heater is fabulous!!! Now everyone in the house has enough hot water in the mornings, a luxury enjoyed only by the earliest riser prior to the installation of our new water heater!!! Very pleased with the service I received from Roto-Rooter. Mitch the tech/service individual was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and very efficient. He was able to cut our the tree roots in my septic lines and treat them. Saved a lot over having to put in new lines.
