Working on my case and Mr Garza is rude and obligerant, He took case and he has done nothing to help me or my brother in law in wreck which we had. Young girl on cell phone ran into us in back in and caused us bodily injury and his assistant did not take up for us in first deposition hearing. The young girl did admit to causing the accident. My brother in law settle for less than he was due. I have not settled because of my health failing because of a post traumatic stress from wreck which brougt on high blood pressure, diabetes, and angina of heart. Mr.Garza wants me to settle. I refuse and he has done nothing to help me. His law firm had done nothing for us. The law firm from Lubbock, Tx had done all the research and his firm has done nothing they have used what the law firm in Lubbock Tx had. And my brother in law and I did all the leg work. Statement from my doctor nothing else can be done for me and I will have to live with my condition for the rest of my life.
