The Sego Lily Mind Body and Spa is a beautiful establishment with a mountain tuscan vibe. Waterfalls, fireplaces, and detailed lighting and decor provide a calming and relaxing experience, however from my past two experiences i may reconsider coming back. Its a busy time of the year and I understand but because of other appointments they were 30 minutes behind, not a huge deal but be aware. During the 60 minute service with a guest, we got pedicures each $60 no parrafin included, and my technian left for over 15 minutes to bring some treats during the visit. When handling a pedicure and then getting food, would make anyone lose their appetite not to mention the time I was missing out for the massage I had paid for. A separate person should handle any food item to give to the client during their session while getting the pedicure from a different technian.
