Just got off the Phone with "Erin" and she was polite and helpful, even cheery.... don't get how that other guy says she is rude. Seems very nice to me.

The "parts girl" Erin was very nice on the phone with me.. Before you drag someone's name through the mud think twice.... A reputation takes years to build, and could be destroyed by one foolish person that perhaps was the cause of the "rudeness"
