      This phone is always answered by a machine and I never received a call back when I called Fri. Nov. 2. I followed the directions left on the message on the machine and waited at home the whole day and never received a call back. I was disappointed as I have used MacDonald Plumbing in the past and have been very satisfied. I tried to call today to see if I could get an explanation on what had happened but again the machine answered..
