The restaurant exclusively serves Founders Reserve Beef. Its steaks are hand-cut from aged, corn-fed, Midwestern beef, selected specifically for Charlie Brown's. Its chicken and fish are always fresh, never frozen. It offers soups and sauces that are prepared daily.
