I had my first application today by a very nice and knowledgeable young man Alex Newman. Alex was 15 minutes early and explained because of the heavy rain he would not be able to do any of the outside application but would be happy to do the inside of the house and reschedule the outside which I might add was scheduled before he left. He told me what he was going to do inside and showed me a video of the the same. He was respectful, funny and a delight to have in my home. I am hoping all the technicians are as pleasant and knowledgeable as he. Thank you Insight I hope to have a long association with your company.

If Insight Pest Solutions ever comes knocking at your door to sell you services, DON'T OPEN THE DOOR! They are scammers. I'm posting his everywhere online:I just got scammed by these guys not even an hour ago. Lovely young man at my door selling services. He talked it up, made small talk in between, made my appointment. Lied TO MY FACE. He said I'd be getting a service for $129. Gave him my credit card and his story was "can you just read it to me, it's easier for me" so I did. See, they never actually touch your card so you can't say they possessed it. La dee dah, I signed and he said he'd email me my receipt. Look at the receipt and it says I just signed up for a YEAR LONG SERVICE, which "Taylor" never mentioned. I signed it. I'm stuck. The receipt says specifically "this is not a one time service. It's a year long service." It also says that if I cancel before the year, they have a right to keep that first payment of $129. Yeah I'm stupid. Oh and I called immediately to cancel and surprise surprise, had to leave a message. And boy, did I. Chalking this up to a $129 lesson but they messed with the wrong person. Social media will bury you.

Rich was very informative when we had our first service the other day. We were very happy at how prompt he was! He gave us great tips and very honest about everything. We thank him for his service. We are happy we chose Insight!

I just had my first visit from Insight Pest Solutions! At this point in time I am only able to review the service recieved today from my tech Sean McGrail! Sean was so nice, respectful and polite! He was very informative on the step by step of what he would be doing, answered any and all questions I had and did the whole job with a smile on his face! The whole thing was quick and painless! I had a little giggle when Sean had to put booties on to come into my home! I think that is a great policy for the company to have! Sean is a very friendly guy, seemed to very much enjoy his job, knew what he was talking about and believed in the treatment he would be doing in and outside of my home! If all the techs are as great as he is, then I will look forward to meeting them on the next visits to the house! Thank you very much Sean McGail! Keep on smiling and doing a great job!

Our technician was very prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to answer any questions related to our particular needs. He went above and beyond our expectations.

Signed a contract with Insight, Two days later, a Technician came in to do the initial service. Mr. John Germain, was very friendly, took his time to do all the applications in and around the house thoroughly. He was also patient to explain all the things that he was doing to me. Company should have more technicians like John who knows what he is doing and understands how to treat his customers. Thank you John, look forward to seeing you in the next Quarter,

The techs were great! Incredibly polite, very explanatory of what they were doing, walked through everything with us from beginning to end. They use safe products (nothing that hurts bees, etc) that won't harm us or the dog. Definitely a happy, satisfied customer who'll be keeping these guys around seasonally.

Mike Gringras provided great service. He listened to our concerns and provided us with proper solutions. A good sense of humor. Willing to help out more than he needed to. Thank you for the help!

Tyler, our Insight Pest Solutions Lead Technician, was very informative. He told us everything he was going to do and why, as well as answered all our questions. Excellent service

Met 3 employees on the day they came to my house. All were very polite and professional. Phillip Whyte explained things well and was very respectful of my house and my time as I was preparing for a busy weekend when he came by.

Our technicians were awesome! They explained the whole process, they were on time, they were friendly and they knew their stuff. I would recommend them to my friends who needed a pest control service.

When I got home, I found two techs Vladimir and Anton waiting for me. Needless to say they were punctual, professional and might I add fascinated by their job. They explained the process, the impact if any and showed me the wasp nest they took care of. They wore gloves and shoe covers when in the house. I would totally recommend their services. Great job!

My tech, Chase Anderson, was on time, courteous, professional, and friendly. He did a thorough job treating our house. He explained the process as well as what to expect after the treatment.

My tech, Gavin McDermott, did a great job and answered all my questions. He was professional throughout the whole process and even liked how he covered his boots before entering my home to not track in dirt/mud. Look forward to doing business with you.

Insight Pest Solutions has been great. They have diligently treated both the interior and exterior of our house and we have not seen any carpenter ants since.

It was okay. I have seen less bugs. Thanks for that. Good good job! Hopefully, they won't come any more I am so sick and tired of seeing bugs around, Anyway, thanks Insight!

I'd say the sales team was professional and not too pushy, which is nice. I still have seen the occasional carpenter ant, but perhaps the next set of treatments will help. I was surprised at how skilled my technician was, by the way!

Thorough, professional, eager to please. Cooperation is very important. Overall, they have always been appreciated because they really deserve appreciation.
