TOPS Club saved my life. The people in every TOPS club are the most fantastic people out there. I was recovering from severe brain trauma, I was overweight and miserable when I discovered there was a TOPS club meeting just a short distance from my house. I walked there, joined and lost thirty pounds to become the queen and best loser. The friendship and accountability helped me tremendously. I have developed lifelong friendships, even though I moved to another state, I found another wonderful TOPS club close to my new house, the support I need and more meaningful friendships.
