Perfect RV Park for 55+ located in the warm and sunny Rio Grande Valley region of south Texas. Sparkling salt water pools, Free Wifi to the site; free long distance calls and two huge recreation halls. Activities include shuffleboard, weekly dances to live entertainment; pool tournaments; golfers groups and socials.

For the price, this is a very nice place. It is kept neat and clean and located very near shopping and a variety of entertainment. Also a nice airport close for friends/family to visit. We spent a lot of time at South Padre Island and visiting other points of interest. The people who work there are friendly and helpful. Like all of these places, the people who frequent the resort are what makes it. Friendly, fun loving people (not where you have a bunch of kids taking over everything. Cheaper than Florida and friendlier too!

We have stayed at this RV Park for two years in a row. It is a beautiful place with great management and friendly people. The things to do and their big hall are just great. One of the only RV Parks we have ever stayed in with salt water swimming pools. They have upgraded this Resort a whole bunch since we first arrived. Love the dog run too. My husband likes to do wood working and they have a great shop for that. He also shoots pool and they have two leagues. I love golf and I cannot say enough about the golf group and the weekly golf socials, not to mention we play about 5 courses within minutes of the Resort. The golf prices are cheap too. There are lots of parks in South Texas but few really can be called a Resort in my opinion. This one can. There is so much to do and the price is very reasonable for all you get. We highly recommend this resort if you want a fun place to spend the winter. The managers are so helpful and they keep the Resort immaculate.
