When our cat died recently we received amazing care from this hospital. Dr. Ivers and his staff are wonderful and they took good care of not only our cat, Indy, but also our 3 boys who were terribly sad. They are wonderful and I would highly recommend their services. You might pay a little more but the quality of care is worth the extra $$$$.
I have been boarding my dog with Crown Valley Animal Hospital for the past 4 years, and they are the best! The staff is always knowledgable, friendly, courteous, and attentive, while my dog is in for boarding, grooming, or hospital services. My dog had a sore on her ear, I took her to a different Animal Hospital, and the vet wanted to cut the tip of her ear to test for a cancerous lesion. This seemed drastic, so I wanted a second opinion, and took her to Crown Valley. It turned out to be fly strike, and resolved with an ointment, rather than a removal of an ear. I recently moved from Orange County to Riverside County, and I still make the extra drive to Crown Valley Animal Hospital because of their professional and dedicated staff. My dog LOVES to stay with them......it is like doggy Disneyland to her, which is comforting to know, while you are out of town and away from your pet.
I have been taking my cats here for the last 3 years. The staff is always friendly, gave extra attention to my pets, and were sensitive to the one on medication. They were always very very helpful and accomodating. I have recommended CVAC to so many people and have always had rave reviews. If you never have been to this place, I encourage you to stop by prior to boarding, grooming or vet services. They are amazing!!!! Ann
I have had several bad experiences with this pet hospital. Their boarding service is not only expensive but they do not look after the health of the pets. I left my dog in their care for about 2 weeks and paid extra for the "extra care" treatment. When I got back from my trip, my dog had lost a lot of weight, looked very sick, would not eat, smelled bad, and had no energy. If I had not come back from my trip when I did, I believe that my dog would no longer be alive. They were also supposed to give my dog a Boardatella shot at the beginning of her boarding but when I returned, I discovered that they did not.Another bad experience happened when I had my dog groomed. When I picked her up, she didn't smell very clean, they didn't cut the hair around her face or paws, and didn't clean her ears like they were supposed to.If you care about your pet, do not use their services.I have since changed to Mission Viejo Animal Hospital where they have been great so far for the past year.
I HAD USED THEM PREVIOUSLY FOR BOARDING AND SINCE MOVING CLOSER I USED THEM FOR GROOMING. I WILL TAKE ALL FUTURE BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. D.Z.
First of all, I made an appointment to ensure I was seen promptly. It turned out that I had wasted my time. I waited more than 2 1/2 hours before I was seen. In addition, I found this animal care center to be quite over priced. I was given an estimate on how much I would be paying for lab tests and care my pet would recieve. When they printed the bill, it was more than double what they had quoted me. When I asked for an explanation, I received a smirk and was asked if I would be paying with cash or by credit card. Plus, the vet said he would call me to check up on my pet and he never bothered to pick up the phone. Stay away from this animal center.
