I have nothing against the staff but management is horrible when it comes to customer service at the EZ wireless in Missouri City....I brought my IPhone 6 there to get repaired and after numerous times of bringing it there (due to the screen not working) Awan (manager) refused to give me a refund and stated it was my motherboard and not the screen. If that was the case why does everything else on my phone work except the screen? I won't be back.

i just traveled from NY and needed a charger for my phone, awsome people ,and helpfull ,eager to please a coustomer. thanks guys
