Compared to the other bridal stores in the area this is by far the best! The customer service as well as dress selection makes me recommend this place to everyone who has a special occasion coming up.

Ordered 5 bridesmaid dresses from here and the ladys are rude. I went in to check up on my order three or four times and the first two times they had to re write my information for they couldnt find my order status and I had made payments already. I was told the dresses would take 12 weeks and that the dresses would be in their store by nthe first week of nov. So I called to check up on the order sence I havent recieved a call the first week of nov. and one of the ladys tell me, "oh no ones called to release the dresses yet so ill call" and I told her to call me after she calls to release the dresses. I got no call back and I had to wait till today to call the bridal store and ask about the dresses. The dresses will be in the bridal store by the end of next week but she couldnt give me a day and time and she was just rude and by that time it would be 15 weeks just because they wernt on it to call and conferm the order with the dress company! All the workers are rude there. After the dresses come in im picking them up and not going there again. I deffenetly will not be doing alterations wirh them and I will not be refering them to anyone. m t

Great service, very professional. I would recommend Je T'aime Bridal to anybody who needs to insure their special day turns out right.

Their staff is very educated in the business. If they did not know the answer they called the bridal line immediately to get the correct answer. When people ask me where to go I send them to JE T'Aime. Absolutely wonderful customer service.
