- Village Oak Veterinary Hospital was designed to serve two functions. First, as a general practice, Village Oak has been providing quality pet care in the Modesto area since the summer of 2001. Second, as a referral practice, we are able to provide specialty level medicine to the Central Valley of California. We feel our clients and patients benefit greatly from the services of both practices. Whether visiting us for general medicine, or seeing our Boarded Specialists in Dermatology, Radiology, Surgery, or Acupuncture, we are committed to exceeding our client's expectations for care and service. Best vets ever. It doesn't matter which vet you get they are all fantastic. Great care, compassion, and professionalism.
I have taken my animals to Dr Fitzpatrick for years. He has always made sure to fully inform me in what he suppect is ailing my animals and how we can help them. I will admit that they are more pricy than some other vets in the area, however, this is my family members life and I will settle for nothing less than the best.
Called the office to place a message for the doctor but found the nonprofessional who answered the phone trying to resolve my inquiry. Poor tone of voice and a controlling attitude.
My husband and I moved to Modesto a few months ago and were in need of a new vet for our three dogs. I drove past Village Oak and thought I would give them a call. From the first conversation on the phone with the receptionist I knew this was going to be a great fit. The girl I spoke to was very friendly and outgoing and truly seemed to care about my "kids". That great care followed thru the entire hospital at our first visit. The technicians are super and Dr. Fitzpatrick was just wonderful. I now have all 3 of my pets established with them and I can not say enough good things about them. Thank you Village Oak!
When Dr. Kline retired I was very worried who could take his place. Dr. Fitzpatrick has cared for my pets for the last 10 years and I couldnt be happier. I have never had a visit to Village Oak that I did not receive an estimate of the recommended services that I could either accept or decline. I am happy, my pets are healthy and I hope Dr. Fitz doesn't retire for a long time!
If you love your pets like children, this is the place to go!! I have been going there for almost 10 years. Having one Pug with Diabetes and another with cancer, they have put me on the best treatment plan for my pet and my budget. I put my trust in Village Oak Vets & Staff. They always recommend whats BEST for my pets and go above and beyond. My pets are like children to me and I do whatever it takes to make sure they are taken care of. This is why I trust Village Oak for all my pets needs!! I know they treat my pets as if they are there own.
BEWARE of this vet they are horrible we spend over 700.00 in two days with a cat that couldnt be helped anyways without the proper medication that we found out when we had to take him to another vet and have him put down last night. All they want is your money and dont care about your animals and when we told them that we couldnt afford to bring him in every day like they wanted at that point they no longer wanted to help us. Infact we are about to take them to court and sue them now. The veternarian in Escalon Dr Frank Hagan is a way better vet and they actually seem to care about your animals and arent in it for the money. Stay away from this veternarian office unless you like getting told the wrong information and getting ripped off they are only out for your money.
Dr Kline and staff have earned a 5 ***** star rating.Dr Kline started his practice in the late 60's, with Sue as his only vet tech.Glad to say, they're both still a kickin'. Perchance, Dr Kline may not be as spry as he once, time marches on, but his love of animals has not changed. He is the only Vet I've used, or would consider using. Oh, I know Dr Kline has retired and Dr Kirkpatrick tends our animals now, he has the same loving, caring and devoted seriousness, that earmarked Dr Kline's quiet and confident professional manner. He has been a fixture in the community. We are lucky to have him. That is a sliver of why I think Doc Kline and all the members of his clinic and Vet Hospital are the very best- I adore them!!
