I had a fabulous time at the wine tasting in September and was upset that I missed the Cheese Making class a few days later. This place is so great and the people are wonderful. I really enjoyed my visit and I am looking forward to my return!

Very helpful staff. They are always willing to help you improve your homemade beer and wine. I buy almost all of my ingredients and equipment from them, except for the hops that I grow myself (from rhizomes purchased here!). I always get the impression that they believe that they will improve their business not just by selling you more, but by actually making you a better brewer or wine maker.

My friends and I all go to Maltose Express to get our beer brewing supplies. We've been brewing for a few years, and their clone (similar to other beers) brewing kits have ensured we always brew something great! Our keg (also purchased from Maltose) is always full of a new and different beer.

The owners of Maltose are also the authors of several of our favorite brewing books (Clone Brews and Beer Captured). They have answered any questions we've asked (and don't be embarrassed to ask the newbie questions) and have given us great helpful brewing hints!
