Prior to starting his own firm in 2011, Damian worked at two large New Jersey law firms providing counsel and representation to both large and small employers, as well as individuals. Now Damian’s practice is devoted almost exclusively to representing individuals whose rights have been violated or threatened by their employers.Damian is admitted to practice in the States of New Jersey and New York, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.In 1999, Damian earned his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark, New Jersey. He completed his undergraduate studies at Colgate University in Hamilton, New York, graduating cum laude with a B.A. in Political Science and History in 1996.The New Jersey Supreme Court selected Damian to serve as a member of the District XB Ethics Committee, a position he currently holds.In his first year of eligibility, Damian’s peers selected him as a Super Lawyer for 2015. Damian had previously been selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star consecutively for 2012, 2013, and 2014.Damian served as a member of the Board of Trustees of Noah’s Ark Animal Welfare Association, Inc. in Ledgewood, New Jersey. He also served as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Celebrate the Children Foundation in Wharton, New Jersey.
