Doesn't even deserve any stars!!!

Worrrrrrrssstttt place ever!!! do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO HERE! They have you on hold for 15min or more they say they will call you back and not even call you! They ignored my refferal & said they never had it! Sarah is a RUDE b*****! This place needs to be shut down!

Terrible experience. Belligerent doctor not willing to answer questions. Rude and disrespectful.Total lack of empathy. Wait time 90 minutes. No one answers the phone ever during regular business hours! Unorganized office, appears unclean and the back office girl that takes vitals is cold and unprofessional. Actually ran into a dear friend while there who said, " OMG you come HERE? My husband was just telling me to call you and ask who your doctor is so I could switch! This place is terrible!" LOL ...true story. It could not be worse.

THE WORST EVERRRRRRRR! I have been a patient of Dr. Williams for over 2 years and only because I couldn't get my insurance to change my PCP to someone different because they wouldn't ever answer the phone to confirm I was an existing patient!!!!!!! They have no idea who I am or what my medical history is. Always get an answering machine in the middle of business hours.....put on hold for loooooooooog periods of time and noone ever comes back to the line. And IF they do, they ask who I am like they didn't even know why I was holding and make me start over. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE >>>>>> WOULD NEVER EVER REFER ANYONE HERE!!!! They are SO RUDE and NO PATIENT CARE AT ALLLLLLLL!!!!!!!

Worst Doctor office in Temecula/Murrieta. They would not even see my one year old son for his appointment because they tried telling me his appointment was on a different day. They had given me the wrong day and time then even though I was already there, stilll would not see him because they said they were too busy and there wasn't even anyone else in the waiting room. Horrible place, mean staff, horrible scheduling. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT GO HERE!

Do not go to this office!!! We waited over an hour to be seen, then they could not find our records. Some of the staff were rude. Over all very unprofessional. This is the worst experiance I have encountered at a medical office.
