I am very disappointed in the Napa Enterprise. Where is the customer service? My car was in an accident and my insurance sent me to Enterprise. I first called to see if they had a SUV and they said yes. So I was picked up by their service - very nice - I spent 1/2 filling out paperwork and then off to pick up the SUV. The man walked up to a Dodge Charger and I asked him what is this. He said my rental car. I then explained that I called ahead, to their female manager, and explained that I needed an SUV. He reviewed the records and said they had no SUV. I asked him to take me home and he shredded my paperwork. Then the woman thought it would be wise to tell me I could have an SUV - which I had originally ordered - and I just could not believe she would say that. 45 minutes of my day wasted and she wanted me to fill out more paperwork for another 30 minutes for something I ordered prior to showing up! DON'T GO TO THIS ENTERPRISE!
